Hello

I saw the offer for the 8dio Bundle

I own some of the proposed products and I wonder how to install them in Komplete Kontrol like it is shown in the demo video.

I someone have the answer

    You should be able to see any serials connected with your account on the MY PRODUCTS, SERIALS, AND DOWNLOADS page , listed as either Not registered or as Registered Products.

    If you didn't do already then copy the 8dio Bundle serial and add the serial in Native Access down left at Add Serial.

    Then exit N.A. and reboot to see if the 8dio Bundle appear at tab Recently / Available , if it does not then please proceed with the below procedure :

    Exit N.A. Try resetting the Native Access XML file (delete or move Native Access.xml to some place else)(N.A. will replace) , look at section 8 here : My Product is Missing in Native Access , Then reboot to see if problem is fixed when you open N.A.

    I have the same question. And my existing 8DIO serial numbers are not the same format as what NI requires to copy into the ADD serial number feature. Thoughts?

    Exactly. I think my problem was misunderstood by PoorFellow :

    I have not buy the bundle from Native. I own some of the library I've buy from 8dio some years ago. I just want my library that's are part of the bundle to appear in Komplete Kontrol software and hardware like it is shown one the bundle demo video.

    Do we ask for that at Native support or perhaps 8dio support?

    I can believe we must buy the bundle just to have this option….

    For something to appear in Komplete Kontrol it have to have NKS support. As far as I understand then N.I. has made NKS support for the 8Dio bundle that they sell to download through N.A. . Also , from what I can see from the following discussion and especially the post here then apparently the NKS support at the moment is available exclusively for what is sold at the N.I. website. Else I guess that you will have to ask 8Dio support.
