Anyone know how to quit the chat?

I understand what you are looking for. The chat appear to save previous conversation and list it when you return.
There appear to be no way to 'quit chat' . You could try by closing all browser pages related to the N.I. site and then clear the cookies in browser for both zendesk.com and native-instruments.com . But even if it should work then it will most likely require you to re-enter your password in the browser when returning so make sure that you have your log-in credentials ready if you decide to test to see if it works (I have to many tabs open here to be bothered to test right now!)
There is no way to restart the chat. The methods you describe do not work. I have tried multiple browsers. They clearly don't want to engage.
Hmmm , strange , yesterday I checked then I had same experience that you have. Today when I open the chat interface then all the old stuff has gone.
But I will ask if @Matt_NI could you please take a look at if this is something that needs to be improved (if has not just been improved already ?). Problem , at least up until now , have been that there has been no way to reset conversation in the chat when in AI chat mode. Ought there not be an option to sort of reset conversation / start over as long as in AI chat mode , while maybe not same option when in chat with a human support agent ? (if afraid abuse then perhaps limit how often interface / AI chat can be reset ? )
