Traktor Pro Plus Subscription

Forgive me if this has already been asked and resolved elsewhere. I thought I would post my issue anyway in the spirit on time saving.

When I open Traktor Pro Plus, I am prompted that my Subscription needs attention. See screenshot attached. My Subscription is up to date, and in order.
Is anyone else experiencing this, or willing to share the fix?

Hi @eldritchboulevard thanks for flagging this. It's a known glitch and we're currently gathering more info on it.

It's purely cosmetic though and the Pro Plus features are intact. You can make the message disappear by reinstalling Traktor Pro Plus through Native Access.

You definitely need to let it expire first and then reinstall the Plus version.

Thank you. It's useful to know that this is a known issue and not just isolated to me.
I did reinstall Native Access but this hasn't resolved this.
It's good to know that I can select 'Continue to Traktor' and carry on as normal.

Don't reinstall Native access, reinstall Traktor Pro Plus through Native Access.

Works every time, yes this has been long standing issue but reinstallation fixes it.

I've reinstalled Pro Plus as advised, but, the problem remains. I'll see what happens tomorrow when my (active) subscription is supposedly scheduled to expire.
