Hello,

I received an email from native resulting there are 5 free piano to download

I started to install the 1st Foundation Piano

I did enter the serial number but now I'm asked for location

And when I click on it, a page opens from my hard disk and I don't know what to choose.

Could you please help me if I don't understand what to do or if I'm missing any technical details?

    It sounds as you have misunderstood something ! If you are referring to the "Foundations Piano" then that is a Heavyocity product from Heavyocity Foundations Series made for Kontakt ! You have to have an account at Heavyocity and then download and install the Heavyocity Portal and use that to download and install the products and then after that then then yes ! enter the serial in Native Access if you have not already done so and then locate the installed libraries in Native Access !

    That's right ! You have to use not only one but two installer programs to install and use these free libraries ! The whole idea of course being getting you to be a Heavyocity customer ! 😉


    P.S. Since you have placed same question more places in the forum and then also opened your own discussion then I deleted the other posts not to waste a lot of peoples times and not to have you taking up peoples time with multiple question posts about the exactly same question !

    Please do NOT posts multiple posts or threads about the exactly the same issue !

    You have to have an account at Heavyocity and then download and install the Heavyocity Portal and use that to download and install the Foundations Piano ! Then use locate in Native Access - which is available after having filled in the serial !

    E.g. use Heavyocity Portal to install Foundations Piano to [Drive]:\Native instruments\Foundations Piano

    Then use locate in Native Access and select the destination [Drive]:\Native instruments\Foundations Piano

    Hi,

    You have to find where the library from Foundations Piano has been installed on your hard drive.

    Please do a search for it at Windows Explorer. When you find it, take note of the address.

    Then when that page from your hard disk opens again, you have to find the address you just found.

    I hope this works.
