Guitar Rig 7 Pro registered on my account but in Native Access it appears as Guitar Pro 7 LE

I've just bought the Music Production Suite 6. In the email I got the serial number for Guitar Rig 7 Pro as well. After I added it in Native Access, the notification said "You successfully registered Guitar Rig 7 LE". Guitar Rig 7 Pro doesn't appear in the Native Access list, only Guitar Rig 7 LE. When I enter "My products" from the account menu on NI site it says that I have "Guitar Rig 7 Pro for iZotope" registered to my account, so everything seems fine with the serial itself. However, the Pro version is unavailable in Native Access and it sees the serial as the serial for LE version anyway.

You can check which license you are using (LE vs. PRO) if you click on the NI logo at the top right corner of the Guitar Rig user interface. On the screen that opens up you should see what kind of license you use.

Maybe you mistyped the serial number.
Try to copy the serial number from the NI site and then paste it into Native Access.
Maybe it will solve the issue.

I've tried to register it 3 times. I copied the serial number from NI site, then from my email and nothing works. It says "You have successfully registered Guitar Rig 7 LE" every time.

Then use the GR Pro from Izotope or use NI support.

It seems that it was only a visual glitch. I downloaded this Guitar Rig 7 LE version and it has all the features, presets and components of Guitar Rig 7 Pro.

It says Pro when I click the logo. The visual glitch is still there in Native Access though.

I have a similar situation, but I also get a "Subscription Cancelled" in NA. When I try and open GR standalone I also get that error.

You need to open a thread of your own in the appropriate sub-forum (Native Access or Guitar Rig depending on the exact issue) , or contact support right away instead ! And you would also need to include all necessary info such as computer type , OS version , Native Access version , Guitar Rig version(s) , and any other info that might be of help including error messages !.
Otherwise : Be sure to be using latest version of Native Access for your OS (unless you are using a legacy OS) , else try resetting the Native Access XML file , look at section 8 here : My Product is Missing in Native Access

I have been stuck with this problem for many months now!
Native Instruments support has not been able to fix the issue; they have no clue sadly.

For me it was only a visual glitch and the Pro version was installed anyway. Later, this issue was fixed in Native Access as well, without doing anything. In Native Access install the LE version and see if it's not the Pro version anyway.

Initially it worked when in installed the LE edition as it was showing up. And now it’s the same as @Tade

after I deleted native access and all files relating to guitar rig 7 pro on my Mac. There’s no guitar rig 7 pro in native access however on NI website I have that registered.

N.I. have had server-side issues with people cancelling Komplete Now having problems later of the kind that you describe. Only support can help you ! You need to contact N.I. Native Access and Installation Support !
After receiving email confirmation then please allow support up to a week to answer and if they do not respond within a week then politely update your ticket to let support know that you are still waiting for a response ! Also N.I. support do not work in the weekend !
