TRAKTOR Beatport streaming problems

"I am having trouble logging into Beatport streaming through Traktor Pro. Although I enter the correct login details on the Beatport login page that opens on Chrome through Traktor, I keep getting an error message that says '35 login with an active login account.' Even though I am logged in on the Beatport website, Traktor still shows me as not logged in, and I can't access Beatport on my Traktor inventory list. This used to work fine before, but now it's not working. I recently received an email confirming that my payment for Traktor Pro 3.0 subscription was received, so I'm not sure what the issue could be. Can someone please explain why this is happening?"

    The Traktor subscription is for Ozone limiter and Pattern Player, Traktor Plus.

    It doesn't pay for a Beatport Subscription. There used to be a free trial to Beatport or Beatsource, but I think that ended. You will need to pay for Beatport subscription to Link. You do get a free trial through them if you have never had it before.

    what are you talking about? I pay each month to Beatport for their streaming service and I do have an active subscription to Beatport. Also, I pay 4.50 each month to NI for the plus version of the software ( traktor pro). It all worked fine, then suddenly and for some stupid reason it doesn't anymore. Traktor tries to open a broken link, to verify an active subscription

    I figured the "plus" file must have gone crazy and via Native access I tried to reintall that, but it can't, it says unknown error.

    IU mede a ticket to support and 5 days later I am still waiting for their majesty to respond to that.

    This has become such an unprofessional situation that it's not acceptable any longer. If NI wants to be an organization that manufactures Professional equipment, then they must adopt a professional attitude and not leave their customers in limbo for days when there is a genuine problem. I have an extensive social media following and I will certainly voice my opinion about NI there.

    I was confused, because you mentioned the Plus Subscription, you never said you had an active Beatport subscription. I was just making sure you knew that the Plus subscription doesn't pay for Beatport.

    Try logging out of Beatport through this link and try Traktor again.

    Have you tried a full reinstall of Traktor (not Traktor Plus) from Native Access? Try that.

    Also try this link. For a workaround, but I thought this issue had been fixed. It has been over a year since I have seen any posts about it.

    Another tip was clearing the Chrome browser cache. Or trying the Edge windows browser instead. This would mean having to change the default browser so that Traktor can access it.

    Hopefully one of these options works.

    The issue is a huge problem still. Has to do with Native Access 2. I rolled back to the earlier Native Access app, and it fixed the problem for about 2 weeks, then NA updated itself or something and now it's back to being screwed. I get constant network errors trying to load tracks via Beatport Streaming.


    I've about had it at this point, and probably have to dump NI for Pioneer/RB, unfortunately..... I don't have any choice since this has been an issue for months and months and months and nothing is being done about it. I've been using Traktor and NI hardware for 8/9 years now and I do prefer it over all of the other options out there that I've tried or have researched, but this old ship is sinking fast, and I need to save myself and find a new solution that works for me. Not happy about any of it.

    There have also been an issues with login on Pioneer and Serato. Best I can suggest is a full reinstall of everything clear the browser cache. Or/and try another browser.

    Contact either N.I. Native Access and Installation Support or dedicated N.I. Traktor Support and ask them help fix it or at least try and get it recognized as a bug to get fixed !

    I can't remember if this worked or not since it was probably a year ago.

    Try opening a different version of Traktor from the Traktor folder. You should have a few versions still.

    And login from that version.
