I need to add a picture to my open ticket ?

I need to send a picture of my setup to Native Instruments, how do I do so ? Can anyone advise ? Can't find the e-mail contact of my open ticket ?

    You are supposed to add an answer to the ticket by answering the email that you get from support and add the pictures ?

    Else be more specific please ! (did you delete your email from support by mistake ? What do you mean that you "Can't find the e-mail contact of my open ticket" ? )
