Can you explain more? If you mean you cancelled a subscription and your purchased plugins don't work anymore you need to put in a support ticket as that is a known problem. This is the support page - Native Access – Native Instruments (native-instruments.com)
@PK The DJ yeah i did and the ras3 folder method i gave in and made a new account and that solved it.
sorta i have a few plugins i own that dont show up in my subscription I have tried support no reply.....
It may take a day or so for them to get back to you. If you post your ticket number here @Jeremy_NI can probably take a look. Post only the ticket number, not any personal details like email address etc.

If owned products don't show in subscriptions (your latest comment), that's the way it should be.

oh my god, you are right I'm sorry, it has been a long day trying to figure this stuff out but as a correction.

Assuming you installed these plugins when you subscribed, now that you own them, they should work because you're licensed to use them. Is that not the case?
sadly no, I had them before the subscription was even a thing to Native i subscribed back in 2022 Dec and just now running into these issues.

That's the issue i can download them but they won't activate. IDK what happened but the other day i opened a project and it was off went through the plugins and found it was RAUM, and Replika told me my subscription needed to be activated which brings me here today...

Have you tried the XML file deleting method mentioned hereabouts?
