Guitar Rig 7 doesn't see any sound card

Guitar Rig 7 does'nt see my any sound cart while they are ok on my PC windows 10.

Who can explain me why.

What soundcard would you like to use? Guitar Rig will need a soundcard with an input and an output.

Hi,

my sound card is a Behringer UM2. I plug my guitar with a jack and I plug in USB on my PC. May be I have to use the output Line, red and white ? I didn't try... but I go to try and I hope it will be enought. However thank you for your answer.

@Badana Does this soundcard have an ASIO driver? Have you tried reinstalling it? Maybe you could try with Asio4All? Setting up ASIO4ALL for Onboard Sound Cards [VIDEO]

Did you try using the manual , page 26 here ?

Did you try to install and use the actual Windows driver for the product ? You can find original link on this page ! by searching for the UM2 and then scroll down ! Driver delivered by Behringer is an ASIO4ALL type of driver as pointed to by Jeremy_NI..

Yes, it's made now and thanks a lot. Now,I see the sound coming throught the left side. I see the signal get out on the soundbar but no sound comes out of the speaker. The speaker remains grey. I think it may be green. What can I do ? ( sorry for my bad English )

Probably because you need to use same drivers for the app that you want to play sound from (ASIO4ALL ?) Apps like e.g. browsers will not play while you use ASIO . Also you might have to check Windows sound settings and advanced sound settings and sound device settings (???)

If you can not find out how to make it work otherwise then maybe you can make it work using the routing function of the "VOICEMEETER BANANA Advanced Mixer" (it's free/Donationware)
