Komplete Kontrol s49 mk2 don't follow tracks in mix console (Cubase 13 Pro)

The 2 'arrow' navigation keys of my KK S-49 MK2 keyboard do not follow (on the display) the tracks of the mix console of Cubase when pressed. The only activity is when I press shift+ right arrow key and the display shows the last page of tracks, it seems like it "jumps" the other pages containing tracks. All other functions of the keyboard work as expected.

S-49 firmware v 0.5.9.

Cubase studio setup----Remote Devices----Komplete Kontrol S-Series----Midi input+output Komplete Kontrol DAW - 1.

Running macOS Big Sur 11.7.10, Cubase Pro 13..0.20

    Same combination, KKS49 MK2 + Cubase 13, but on Windows. No such problem.

    But, if i may guess, i assume that you have less than 8 tracks in your Mix console. If this is the case, then the "arrow" buttons have no work to do, thus you get the impression that they are not working. This is because they change "scene" (group of 8 tracks) and not individual tracks. If you have 40 tracks, a "click" on the right arrow button takes you to the next "scene" (tracks 9-16), next click takes you to tracks 17-24 etc. etc.

    Thanks for the response. I usually have more than 20-30 tracks in my mixes and yes, I know this "8 track" function. The point is that in a busy project (20+ tracks), I only see the first 8 tracks on KKS49 MK2 (in mixer mode of course) and the right arrow does nothing. If I press shift + right arrow the screen jumps to the 2 last tracks, usually the master in and out channels. I don't know if I install Komplete Control again solves the problem. I have swapped USB ports on Mac and I have changed usb cable, but with no result.

    maybe the button become slightly damaged? it may happen if you have the device many years and you did extensive use of it...

    i have a 10 years old dj controller and some buttons have this problem, i have to push them several times to accept the command...

    sorry i don't have another explanation... changing usb ports has no meaning because if that was the problem, the device would not work at all
