Sonoma & M2 compatibility with free Komplete Start ?
Best Answer

More users here that are Mac savvy claim that they are using their N.I. software on computers with Sonoma. There are also some people in-between that have problems with Sonoma , so it's really hard to tell !
But since Komplete start is free then it's also free to try. If you don't want any mess on your computer if you decide to get rid of your N.I. software and don't want to have to clean computer then take a TimeMachine backup or something to reload the whole thing if you want.
Mind you there have been issues for some people with the newest Native Access version 3.9.0 so you might want to wait a day or two until that is fixed or use the NA version 3.8.1 from elsewhere !

Thanks for your reply. I know the compatibility, but sometimes people install and use items even if not fully compatible, and I was hoping for some information in that respect.
Cheers, Bob.

I don't understand. What better info than officially supported and tested by the company is there?
It basically guarantees you that it will work. And, as @PoorFellow wrote, the plugins and content are free, so, you don't have anything to lose by installing.

I think that the reason for songman to ask is that the compatibility page does not actually state full compatibility , e.g. Kontakt 7 and Reaktor 6 is missing while , of course you are right that a lot of people are using the software with no issues on Sonoma !

The website says compatibility with Ventura, not with Sonoma, which is why I asked.
