Komplete Kontrol library error - loading issue

Hi there,

I've tried to reset my komplete kontrol lsoftware several times, deleted all the suggested paths under app data/local etc, installed the latest update of komplete kontrol, open the standalone and let it scan but it looks as if the library is kind of "broken". If I want to open the tab library under preferences I get a black screen inside komplete kontrol (see atached picture) and nothing works, the program crashes and in my DAW Studio One 6.52 some of the instruments can't be previewed and not loaded! I have this problem on my laptop under windows 11, on my desktop PC under windows 10 everything works fine! Anyone with this problem? Anyone can help?

    You do not tell if it ever worked on the laptop ? (E.g. prior to some software update)

    What immediately springs to mind when you write black square and laptop is display adapter and display adapter drives. If it did work prior with Kontakt 7 then check e.g. drivers. If it never worked before with Kontakt 7 then start by checking if your laptop fulfills specifications for the software ? (e.g. : Graphics hardware support for Direct 3D 11.1 (Feature Level 11_0) or higher)

    Yes, it did work well before, I don't remember exactly when there came instruments that couldn't be loaded and so on... I'll check out the graphics advice but why would that graphic issue stop loading instruments in komplete kontrol??? The software really seems buggy to me!

    If it worked before with Kontakt 7 then it's most likely not a graphics issue but otherwise then anything that prevent the program from functioning properly will do just that (prevent the program from functioning properly).

    @Bob Flaps I see that you contacted support already. Hopefully my colleagues can help. We've seen a couple of similar cases with Maschine. It was due to a cloning software called Macrium Reflect, do you have this installed on your computer by any chance?
