2 Instances of the Same Midi Controller Not Working

hi,

i am trying to connect 2 Midi Fighter Twisters to Traktor. It is NOT working.

I plug both into my usb hub and what i notice is that traktor only shows 1 instance of the midi controller "midi fighter twister". When I select it, it only reads from one of the controllers and it can only do it 1 at a time.

if i want to read from the other, i have to unplug the current one, swap for the other, then unplug my usb hub and replug it then it will read from that one.

it clearly can only do 1 at a time.

can anyone confirm this behavior?

i thought i should be able to have any number of instances. please let this be so.
