S88 MK3 Stuck on "Add your serial" after reset

I have attempted to add the serial again, which was successful, however the board continues to stay on the "Welcome. Add your serial in Native Access" screen. I also created a ticket, but was hoping someone at NI could help me resolve this so I can begin using it. I just got it today, and it's been a wild ride getting it set up. Thank you.
