Cannot see purchase in Native Access
Its been nearly 2 weeks and I still cannot see my purchase "Session Percussionist" available for download in Native Access.
I even tried to add the serial number manually, which the system accepts, but it does not appear in the “not installed” list.

What is your OS and computer type ?
Please check on your account that product is on list of already activated else must be activated in Native Access add serial : https://www.native-instruments.com/en/my-account/my-products-serials-downloads/
Are you using newest version of Native Access for your OS ? Have you tried something simple like log out of Native Access , reboot and log-in again ? Also , try running Native Access as an Admin !
Else try resetting the Native Access Reset the XML file , section 8 here : My Product is Missing in Native Access : https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000166958-My-Product-is-Missing-in-Native-Access

Thanks for your suggestions:
- The product is on the list of already activated
- I am using the latest version of Native Access on my Windows machine
- I have tried running Native Access as admin
- I tried resetting the XML file
Unfortunately none of this worked.
Interestingly when I read the XML file in notepad I can see an entry for Session Percussionist.

I am sorry , then my only suggestion is that you ask N.I. Native Access support..
Native Access has feature where it hides products that are not compatible with your OS but I myself fail to see how that could be the case here.
Feel free to shat the resolution to your issue if you feel like it when it has been fixed !
