Moderator, can you help me get my account back?
When I changed the e-mail address of my licensed account, I typed the new e-mail address incorrectly. My account has been transferred to an email address that is not mine. Can you please help?

Please do not post personal information such as email address in the forum , I have removed the picture you posted that showed your email !
As much as I would like to assist you then nobody in the forum can help you get your account back , not even the N.I: customer care persons. All account problems are handled exclusively by Customer Service which you must contact. Please follow instructions on these instructions ! :
If you have no access to or forgot your email address you used for creating your account, please create a new account and contact our support team. Please provide your personal information, the old email address (if available) and the new email address that you want to use in the future.
