How do I find expansion pack just installed to use?

If you ask politely some of the admins here, they might be able to exchange your purchase.
However since it was an online purchase and you have already downloaded the files, officially there is no refund. If they exchange them, it will be out of their good will.
Your other solution is to try to sell/exchange them, here:

Which expansion packs did you recently install? Some of them are loops/one-shots or even presets for Massive.

I tried to look them up in my library, reinstalled them 3 times.
Even looked in my files in PC locations.
They were blank within the files so no sound comes of them when clicked on.
Not sure what to do0 -
I may have purchased expansions that are not compatible with my Maschine?
I saw that the files 'Massive X' could not be loaded and perhaps that's my problem0 -
Do you have Massive X or not?
It's an application, a synthesizer actually, not "files".
