It's finally fixed with Kontakt 8. My Kontakt 7 has been broken for ages, What a relief!
When you say that the wheel goes off, do you mean that it freezes, which prevents the opening of Kontakt?
Which OS are you using?

so in native access everything is fine so far? Can you tell what graphics card do you use and have you tried to start as administrator? Also the windows ransomware protection could be an issue but I'm not right now near my win11 PC to tell you what you have to allow in the security settings, but you could check if windows has blocked anything. Here under "if you want to unblock an app that was recently blocked"

Are you using latest version of Native Access also ? , and when you write "Run as administrator" were that also when running Native Access and uninstalling and re-installing Kontakt ?
Otherwise then alas Windows 11 appear to have added more hidden user access problems for some select users that shows as different problems. If you can not fix the problem then you need to let support take a look !
