Native Access cannot display the library correctly

Native Access cannot display the library correctly, and Kontakt cannot display it properly either.
I recently purchased a library for Cinematic Studio, but after entering the activation code, Brass cannot display properly
My kontakt doesn't have Cinematic Studio Brass

Do you mean to tell me that you cannot see the librarx or that the library is missing the image?

If the entry shows a 'Locate' button, then you have to download the library from the manufacturer's side instead. Once downloaded, click the 'Locate' button and navigate to the library folder to select it. After that you can find it in Kontakt's Libraries browser.

My library lacks images and is not properly classified.

And this issue only appears in native access.
