Do you have any idea why I can't listen to the pre-sampling in library area? These are the libraries that don't work: West Africa, Cuba, India

When I load a sound into a group, I can listen the sample and use it. I'am just missing the pre-listening.

    @renek(a) Is it in the Komplete Kontrol or Kontakt plug-in? What is your operating system?

    Have you installed the preview library in Native Access?

    I have installed with Native Access... I have Maschine + and I work with Software Maschine... I have try with Kontakt 7 in Maschine but I can't find the the Samplers Cuba, India and West Africa... Thank's for your Help... rené... ^_^

    @renek(a) I"m a little confused now. You mentioned "I can't listen to the pre-sampling in library area". Is it only the previews not working or the whole libraries not showing?

    You can't find these libraries where? In Kontakt in standalone? In Kontakt in Maschine desktop? This will not show in Maschine Plus.

    The only problem is that, I haven't no small extract from the sound (la pré-ecoute)!

    I can see all instruments on the left side in Maschine Desktop and Maschine Plus... when I do a Click on one off this instruments, normally you can hear the sound of them (on entend un court échantillonnage du son choisi)... and that's it, what not is working... when I do a Double Click on one of the instruments on left side, then the sound is imported in Sound 1, 2, 3 or 16 on the group and I can hear the sound... My english is bad, I speak better French or German... Thank You rené

    @renek(a) Have you installed the PReviews library that I posted earler or not? For some older products the preview samples are handled by this library, if it's not installed then you don't get a preview/pre-hear.

    Thank You, but I can't find "Preview Library"... I have installed Komplete Kontrol, but I don't no how to do with Maschine Desctop... rené

    As I've said, you need to install the library in Native Access, I've put a screenshot so you can find it more easily.

    Please look in Native Access, you should see the preview library there, install it.

    All elements in my Native Access are installed... I can't see the preview library there... sorry rené

    @renek(a) Ah ok, it should be automatic but for some reason you didn't have a serial for the previews library, I just added it to your account, you should see it now in Native Access. Please install it, you should be goofd to go!
