Is there a map template available for my Vestax VCI-400 on traktor 3 pro?

T3pro downloaded. only shows VCI-100 & 200 in setup wizard.

https://maps.djtechtools.com/ have a selection of TSI's for that unit.

You might need to add the Flux Reverse and Mixe FX selectors by yourself since those available TSI's may date the Pro 2 days.

So I've managed to download a tsi as per @Stevan (cheers by the way). Now my headphones won't work to cue 🫣

Levels and cue select work on both deck and Traktor (button on controller and on screen) but no sound in phones.

The phones definitely work as they're brand new and work on the same controller when was used with serato pro

It sounds that mapping is working but your Audio Settings are off. Could you please post the image of the Output Routung?

No option on output to set to jack port

Did you install driver for the VCI-400. It can be found on Serato website.

What audio device did you select in "Audio setup"?

It seems what you choose only has 2 channels. Or at least the PC can only see two.

guys thank you very much for your help. Its been a while since I've had to do anything mapping wise or used studio equipment. I've finally sussed it!
