ID3 - Tags are not supported for C:

I am new to Native Instrument and I just got a S4 MK3 controller. I am trying to import my downloaded iTunes songs as tracks in Traktor pro 3 but I get errors such as unknown format or ID3 tags are not supported for C. Does anyone know how to import iTunes songs as tracks without getting this error? Thanks.

Did you buy the tracks without any form of DRM or are they streaming tracks?

I believe just streaming tracks. I just downloaded them from iTunes

You can only play tracks that that you bought.

Or if you have a subscription for beatport you can stream from that service. Though I recommend buying tracks.
