    ANY luck from ANYBODY on here about this voucher issue??? I still haven't made my purchase!!

    My oder is still in the cart (Komplete 14 Collectors Editon Upgrade) because I'm waiting on NI to reply to me about this!!!

    AFTER ALL THAT'S $50 MORE OFF!! 🤦🏽


    AND on top of that WHY IS THE UPGRADE PRICE FOR THIS BACK UP TO $599??? 🤷🏽

    Someone please answer me! Thank you 🙏🏽

    The original offer was "These special offers on S-Series keyboards, Komplete updates and upgrades, and products from iZotope are valid from November 15, 2023, to December 13, 2023", then it got extended to December 31st. Other products are on sale until Jan 15th.

    Hi all

    Yes on the 1 of January it seems like the voucher is no longer valid and the pricing changed, making no sense at all to me !!

    Price for Komplete Standard Full version 299.50 Euros vs. upgrade from Select 399 Euros

    Price for Komplete Ultimate Full version 599.50 Euros vs. upgrade from Select 999 Euros

    What is going on sales team at Native Instruments?

    Surely something has gone wrong with the pricing for upgrade offer ?

    I can also chime in on the voucher issue with a failed attempt to upgrade from the Komplete Select bundle to the Standard bundle when it was 50 % off AND using the 50 Euro voucher code.

    I tried to buy the upgrade around 26 dec and I could actually succesfully add the voucher code in the shopping cart, proceeded to payment with the discount price and the new Standard bundle showed up under "My products, Serials and Downloads" (not as paid yet but as payment pending). The Komplete Standard bundle later disappeared and no payment was drawn from my account.

    After this failed payment the voucher was not accepted anymore even though I tried clearing browser cache and performing the purchase from other devices but no luck and have still not heard from support on the matter.

    Can someone from Native Instruments please comment on this and maybe suggest how the crowd of users trying to upgrade can actually take advantage of the holidays offer missed out on?

    I still haven't made made purchase yet and I am still waiting for a response

    @Hanatsanoh There was a 50% discount offer on Komplete updates and upgrades, but that ended December 31. What's still on offer until January 15 is a 50% discount for all full versions of Komplete.

    When upgrading to a higher tier, you only pay the difference/what's remaining. In your case $999 since Select costs $199 at the usual full price.

    Thats not how i saw it. It said "Holiday Season until 15th of January" on the front page as far as i can remember.

    @Jokke OnO Yes, I also interpreted it that the upgrades/updates were part of the 'Holiday season' offer until 15th Jan. It seems that some of us have missed out here. Hopefully, we can receive some kind of resolution from the support team.

    Same here. Today I want to upgrade my Komplete, but now i must pay 599. I also understand that the Sale goes on until 15th of January. I still have the 2 email where it says : Finish now your purchase for 299,50.

    The issue was with an error on server side at point of transaction completion, whereby transaction was not completed, thereby the voucher was "eaten up" by the website, without being used.... still waiting to hear back...
