Have you checked your spam/junk folders. Quite a few people have found emails lurking in there. If you've definitely not got anything I'd suggest raising a support ticket.

currently in the same state with the voucher for the 12 expansions i should receive.
in this article https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/de/articles/360000292818 it says, it can take up to 48h hours to receive the mail. so for now i just wait.
next step would be rechaing out to support
