Can't downlaod Vocal Colors

Hi, it occurs every time a download error at 10,74 GB (download fails). I erased the .iso and .aria2-files many times, but it doesn't work.

Any Idea?

    Hi, I have the same problem, 'download fails' at 10,74 GB from Vocal Colors.

    Same problem, tried on both Mac and Windows. Fails in the same place.

    Bought Komplete 14 Ultimate Update yesterday and all libraries are downloaded and installed without problems. Today I bought VocalColors and download fails' at 10,74 GB like other users already reported. There has to be a problem with the Vocal_Colors.iso download file I guess.

    I've bought VocalColors and Fables at the same time today and Fables (57Gb) downloaded without problems.

    Got a support ticket we will the see. Merry Chrismas from Germany! Time to go shopping ... Shop`s gonna close .... Support from Berlin, Germany or a Bangalore Support Center selling carpets or vacuum cleaners? Lil joke, it's Chrismas ....

    I also tried to install the archive "Vocal_Colors.iso" manually. Same error message as DirkSignM.

    Opened a support ticket with a link to this forum thread.

    We should all do that, shouldn't we?

    Tried a new download just now. Problem stays the same. Failed at 10.74 GB.

    Perhaps Reefius is downloading from another server. Are you from Germany?
