MY KOMPLETE KONTROL S61 KEYBOARD NOT WORKING!!!
My complete kontrol s61 is plugged in.. lights come on everything, it’s connected but when I press a key it suddenly doesnt work!!! Anyone know how to fix this I’ve been struggling for a while now, it’s 6 months old, I use Logic Pro. X and just updated to IOS sonoma or whatever it’s called anyone that can help??????

Update: The issue has been solved (for now) thank you so much for your help! I was plugging my KK using a USB hub before now, I’ve decided to plug it in directly into my MacBook Pro M2 and it’s working again.. I don’t know why it stopped working on my USB hub suddenly because it’s very annoying but hopefully I don’t experience this issue again…

Isolate the problem:
Does everything work ok if using your keyboard with just Komplete Kontrol standalone version?

No it doesn’t work on standalone neither!

That helps you know that Logic is not part of this problem.
So for troubleshooting.. stay within KK standalone and get things working there first.
Is KK standalone making sounds through your system if you click on a preset in the browser? Just want to make sure that your audio setup is all ok...

This sounds extremely frustrating.
I'd like to help resolve.
My first question: what model of keyboard do you have? e.g. A, M, SMK1, SMK2 or SMK3
My second question: could you be specific about what you mean by "I press a key and suddenly doesn't work"? e.g. are notes triggered, but audio unheard? are notes not triggered? is DAW control active? is browser and plug-in view active? is the screen on? etc etc
I would have follow up questions based on your responses.
I'd also note that macOS Sonoma is not yet officially supported (by many of our products, including the keyboards, but also many other third party audio products, including ones you might host in KK), so if it's possible for you to roll back, I'd also advise doing this.
Lastly, please create a customer support ticket as well, so that the issue can be tracked, even if I'm still going to try and help here.

@ONE7 What @PoorFellow posted is the way to go. Let us know if that fixed the issue.
Make sure that both Komplete Kontrol and Logic have full disk access: How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS
Also double check that the keyboard is selected as a MIDI input in Komplete Kontrol standalone application's MIDI preferences.

UPDATE: SOLVED (FOR NOW AT LEAST) THANK YOU TO EVERYONE FOR ALL THE DIFFERENT SUGGESTIONS. MY KK MIDI IS WORKING AGAIN. SINCE I BOUGHT IT 6 MONTHS AGO I BOUGHT A CABLE (IT DIDNT COME WITH ONE) AND A USB HUB SO I CAN USE IT ON MY MACBOOK PRO M2, AND I HAVE BEEN USING IT THAT WAY EVER SINCE WITH NO ISSUES..UNTIL YESTERDAY. SO I PLUGGED IT IN DIRECTLY TO MY MAC AND ITS WORKING AGAIN. I HAVE NO IDEA WHY IT SUDDENLY STOPPED WORKING VIA MY USB HUB AS ITS VERY FRUSTRATING HOWEVER THE ISSUE IS SOLVED FOR NOW. IF I ENCOUNTER ANYMORE ISSUES (HOPEFULLY NOT) I WILL DEFINITELY COME BACK TO THIS THREAD.

But I use my hub with other devices and it works perfectly. It was turning on with my KK keyboard but the actual keys were not working which is strange
