Kontrol s88 Mk3 Stock availability

Hi. I ordered the s88 Mk3 about a week ago. I saw that the s49 and s61 arrived early in stores here in Canada. The NI site shows out of stock for the s88. What's the timeframe for shipment to Canadian stores so that I can receive my keyboard? ๐Ÿคž๐Ÿ™‚

    Hey all, some news regarding the S88 mk3 pre-orders made through NI:

    • S88's are arriving early / mid December
    • All preorders are being prioritised!
    • European preorders will be fulfilled / shipped around Dec 11th
    • Americas preorders can ben fulfilled/ shipped around Dec 13th

    Hi @Frantz if you order the S88 on our website now it'll be shipped after November 29, 2023 ๐Ÿ˜€ I don't have info about availability in retails tho

    Hi @Kaiwan_NI, Thanks for letting me know. I ordered it online at a London, Ontario, Canada, music store. The order was placed a few weeks ago, so I'll have to keep my fingers crossed that I'll get it before the holidays.

    Hey @Jeremy_NI Appreciate the update. Will the shipment cover all back orders from the site or retail locations placed on October 31 or earlier? If not, what percentage of the back orders will be covered by this shipment? Thanks.

    @Frantz This info is only for pre-orders through NI. For retailers, you'll need to contact them.

    @Jeremy_NI Thanks for the quick response. I have been in contact with the retailer since my purchase, but the retailer is at the mercy of their NI rep. Last time, the NI rep said keyboards would arrive around Nov 25. The store followed up with them early last week and hasn't heard back. Someone surely has the answer, and with an almost $2K CAD purchase with funds already provided, I would expect more from the company to support its loyal customers.

    This is my third S series keyboard. I've purchased Komplete Ultimate and Collectors editions, plus thousands worth of software in between. I'm not asking for much. Just the respect I believe I deserve as a loyal customer. If you don't have the answer, someone else surely does. If it's better that I direct my questions elsewhere, please let me know. Thanks.

    @Frantz There is no doubt you're a loyal customer and I wish I could be of more help here. I can only have information on our shop regarding availabilities. For retailers you have to deal with the retailers. I'm sure the NI sales rep will get back to your retailer, now there's more clarity on stocks and shipping dates.

    @Jeremy_NI Again, I appreciate the quick response. The NI rep finally connected with the retailer yesterday, and this is what was shared with me.

    "We've just received followup from Native Instruments regarding the first batch of S88 Mk3. They've unfortunately been encountering further delays with these, and have updated timeline on the first batch for Canada to be arriving the week of December 18th."

    Even though it doesn't provide an exact date or whether my order will be fulfilled, it does give some context around the timeline. So, I'm left with no choice but to wait and see how it turns out and hope for a positive turn of events.

    Thanks for your attention to this matter. I do appreciate it, even though your hands are tied.

    So did NI pre-orders go out respectively on Dec 11th and 13th as stated? Were all preorders covered? Or will there be another wave of fulfillments? Expecting the ability to take orders again soon?

    Your guess is as good as mine, but I'm interested in the answer. I did see a post about a UK customer getting his order fulfilled, and he had purchased his keyboard within the last two weeks.

    @Frantz @tcscott16 European pre-orders were fullfilled. There is a slight delay for the US, units should ship this week. That's for our online shop.

    @Jeremy_NI Maybe you can help me out. I just purchased the S88 and the order says "Under Review". I have a long order history and never seen this happen before.     Today, after almost three months of waiting, my keyboard finally arrived. When UPS delivered it, I was worried as the box seemed to have been opened during transit. However, upon examining it and setting it up, I realized that it was worth the wait. Thanks, @Jeremy_NI, for providing excellent support to me and others throughout the challenging shortage.
