What I mean is - on your screenshots where you show the messages, I only see two installation files. I would expect to see more. It's almost 24GB.

Those are the two exe files, one for PC and one for Mac that I downloaded from the direct link that Native gave me after I wrote to them that I was having problems with the download via Native Access 2. Today they also updated Native Access 2 again and again Native told me that with this update I would solve the problem. This wasn't the case, in fact now it's worse because it starts downloading after 10 GB it starts from scratch and after a while it tells me download failed

I slowly really have the suspicion, that there is something wrong with the compressed files, I don't know right now if I own it, if I will test it myself.

I too am having download failures with Stradivari Cello. Never before have I had issues with NI software but having tried various things have come to the conclusion that the file or link must be corrupt. NI have sent me a separate link on a google drive but no instruction so I don't know what to do with it except unzip it.... it won't run as it says it's not installed on my computer. It is called "Stradivari Cello 1.2.0 Setup PC"
How do I get it to install please?
It's a shame as I use NI as it's usually so straightforward and easy. Not this time. :-(

Hi, This is the procedure the people at Native told me today. I haven't tried it yet,
Lety's try to skip the installtion and just locate the Stradivari Cello Library.
The use the Locate function in Native Access.
To locate your library, click the folder tab and browse for the specific Library folder. Choose the library folder containing the .nicnt file. In this example, the Playbox Library folder will be selected.

I have been having trouble with the same Symphony series Percussion and Stradivari Cello
If Native Instruments don`t sort it out soon, I will be asking for my money back.

RESOLVED!!! Then Native solved my problem. Basically, after downloading the Stradivari Cello Exe file, you need them to give you another link where you will download and copy, replacing the library folder you previously installed. When you install the exe file it will almost immediately give you FATAL ERROR, you have to give the ok several times to the various errors, continue and in the end you will have installed the program but you will not have the sounds. It is at this point that you need to copy the file of the second link that you need to request. I hope I was clear. The procedure is really simple. Let me know

yeah me too, but just for stradivari cello only, still struggling with it to download it,, I've tried any things like deleting iso aria, full disk access to native access 2, internet speed is 100mbps, free storage's like 820 GB, I've downloaded full complete collector edition 14 except for stradivaari cello,

anddd by the way, I wanna buy another instrument in native, but I'm traumatized with "Stradivari cello download failure", is it okay to buy another instrument like I don't wanna get a failure again with "stradivari cello download failure".
what do you think?

Hi, I love the work of Native Instruments and have never had problems with any other instrument. I have many, all done well and never had any problems. I recommend it to you and apart from the Stradivari problem which they solved for me, everything has always gone well
