About Stradivari cello download failed

Hi, I just bought the Cremona Quartet, and I only had a problem with downloading the Stradivari Cello library. I can't download it. I have tried all the advice received, but the problem remains. Does anyone know how I can solve it? Thank you

    Yes it was the first thing I did. Searching online I saw that many people are having the same problem

    Maybe that´s due to lot´s of traffic, i also once had the problem and just tried to redownload over and over again, im my case it worked then the next day. But this was, in my case, long time ago.

    I don't think the traffic is the problem, I downloaded the entire Cremona Quartet without problems, the only one is Stradivari cello which even if I try it on several days it is not possible to download it.

    Some users helped to change the download location even if other downloads worked before but I guess you have already tried this. Maybe we need some help from native directly and they can give you a direct download link if nothing works. And you native access is also the latest version?

    I am also having this problem with Stradivari Cello and Symphony Series Percussion. Every library from Komplete 14 Ultimate Collector's Edition has installed with no issue, but these two libraries constantly fail. I have tried changing the download location, I have removed the corrupt ISO files, but still the downloads fail before they get halfway. Please can someone help as I need these libraries for paid work!

    Based on what's been reported in previous threads, I believe the downloads are broken.

    I'm surprised it's been a while and NI haven't dealt with the issue.

    I wrote to Native and they gave me 2 links to download it without going through Native Access. I downloaded Stradivari Cello and so far so good but during installation everything freezes and gives me a Fatal Error. By giving the OK to various Fatal Errors, the program is installed but does not have the sound libraries. So the error should be in the libraries. I wrote to Native again but they never responded

    Have you tried to redownload with the links, if you are on windows have you tried to start the installation as administrator by right clicking on the exe file and select "start as administrator". Can you maybe give some more details on the error or didnit just say fatal error?

    Maybe your drive has some issues, you can check that with ChristalDiskInfo for example, also try to download to another location and as I said, start the installation as administrator. Also disable the ransomware protection temporarily may help cause the public\documants folder is a protected folder, normally you should get a prompt that leads you to add an exclusion for that install. Here you find how to disable it, just disable it with the slider no need to download the reg stuff they offer on that website.

    Only two files? That doesn't look like the entire thing to me.

    Maybe the "direct" links they gave you are to the same broken files as are failing via Native Access?

    Thanks for the suggestion, I'll give it a try. But the fact remains that the other Cremona Quartet libraries are perfectly installed. It's only with Stradivari Cello that I have this problem

    Yes, I also tried as administrator but it always gives me FATAL ERROR where it says that the decompression of the files has failed. You asked me for more information but that's all. I have tried all the advice you gave me. My knowledge of computers is quite good. Plus I've read that the same thing happens to others too
