Non email confirmation and serial number
I purchased Ozone 11 advanced this morning but I never received a confirmation email with the serial number for activation or download. However, I was charged. this product being intended for professional use I request the activation of my product otherwise I would have to block the payment, this is not the first time that I have had a problem with your system. Because of the sale and diverse problems it might take some time for you to get sorted and you might even have to update your ticket if you do not get a response within a week. But despite how not satisfactory you think it all then at least relax with respect to your money. N.I. is no small candy shop so you will get what you paid for or your money back. N.I. do not take your money and then give you nothing ! You will get your stuff. I will say though that N.I. have several kindergarten problems with their webshop especially during the sales and while they struggle to get better at every sale then they usually still manage to screw up at least a little bit of something . like the %1 mentioned over here !
Anyway then also please check that serial you are missing is not listed at this page as not registered or at the bottom of same page as 3rd party !
Otherwise if having any problems as described then contact support ! They might take a while getting back to you during the sale , and if you do not receive any response within a week then update your ticket to yank their chain politely !

yes great thank you but I know all that I understood that they had a problem and I'm sorry for them but for the moment it's a problem. how can you be relaxed when it's not It's not my money but that of my company and this poses a problem for the accounts at the end of the month, the glitch just had an impact on my cash flow and this is not normal. I have already made several requests (6) and I currently have no response

N.I. is swamped in work , but I can try and alert @Jeremy_NI to see if thee is anything he can do for you ! From what I can see then it's been 8 days But you have not at any time told if you actually did contact support and if when ? You should expect support to be up to a week to respond to you during the sale !

I contact jeremy... And i contact thé support 8 Times between 27 and today . So im waiting for 8 days now.
