I have no part in this and as you can see in the above then I even asked Jeremy_NI to help.
However , I earnest I have to say that I am not sure that an 'order summary' as shown in your screenshot constitutes a proof of purchase or a receipt !
Also I am sure that N.I. would not deliberately or knowing cheat you out of the expansions. So my advice to you is that if there is any discrepancies then take it up with seller , or even better return the unit to seller immediately and give the reason that the unit sold does not fulfill the conditions for getting the expansions as seller has promised !
Then with the returned money buy another unit from another seller...
As I write initially then I have no part in any of it and I am just trying to advise you as best I am able to !

Nothing for me then as a Komplete 14 Collector's Edition user! I have all the aforementioned content. Disappointing.

I received an email from NI a couple days ago saying that the 50% off sale on Komplete upgrades ends on December 13th.
However, at the bottom of the native-instruments.com it says
"The special offers on Komplete updates and upgrades are valid from November 15, 2023, to December 31, 2023, at the NI Online Shop and participating retailers, while stocks last."
Can anyone confirm which date is correct?

It's the 14th now so no doubt that the offer has been extended (N.I. extended the offers a couple of days ago - also on keyboards !) .
but generally then the period of validity it says at the bottom of the offer pages generally ought to be what count as N.I. can update these pages at any time they want where they can not update mail that you have already received !

Hello!
I just purchased a bundle from izotope that was on sale and now have changed my mind and want to exchange for a larger bundle or return it. But can’t find a way or a channel to send email to izotope? Following the process on the support page will only keep looping back to the starting point. That returns page provides a non-enterable form with no instructions. What is the solution?

If you bought the product on the Native Instruments site then try going to the following page (list of orders) to see if there is a link next to the order that allows you to initiate a return !
If you bought on the iZotope site then do the following :

Click 'RETURN'
Click NO (not of help)
Click : I bought the Wrong product
Click : Create Ticket

Sounds good, but unfortunately the representatives cannot even help to get a purchase fixed. I purchased a Maschine 7 days before the sale and asked them if I could get the discounted price and 12 expansions without returning and repurchasing and I received a question as a response. When I reiterated what I was asking for, they stopped responding. I've spent over 2000 euro between October and November on NI hardware and software and this is how you treat a paying customer? It's sad and would I'd appreciate an answer from a company representative.
