Those are not 2 sound cards! There is only one device here.
It just have 2 options: To work either on 48, either on 44.1 kHz. But of course you can not have them both at the same time.
Another 2 huge disadvantages are that:
- it is not a real audio card, but rather a cheap solution (usually for laptops)
- it is extremely old (2010 or older)
But, apart of all the above, Traktor (as most audio software) is working with one sound card only. There are ways to overcome this of course (with some kind of rerouting, however, still there will be always only one main device) but definitely not with one device, especially with a device such as C-MEDIA.
Sorry... :-)

If you have two (or more) audiointerfaces you may use them together in Traktor using ASIO4ALL or similar SW. But the question is how well it will work.

with Traktor 1 it was possible. I used 1 Soundcard (the same one like here) from the earphones and the other one for Line-Out. It is this what i need. Do i have to buynew ones? Anyone an idea witch one i have to buy?

Really sorry to say that, but both Traktor 1 and your C-Media card are ancient history... you can't expect a serious performance with such device. I suggest to get a modern audio card, even a very cheap one can do much more things and much better.
Another very good possibility is a software much more advanced and much more flexible than ASIO4All, The Voicemeeter. You can use a basic version for free and ever their Pro versions are ridiculously cheap. Check it here:

I have very low standards. I run a small bar and need maybe 5% of the options in Traktor. Because I knew it from before, I bought the software. Can you recommend a sound card with two outputs for my needs?
