Automations with KK...Don't Work !!
Automations with Komplete Kontrol do not work. It's regular in my projects that automation with KK is not taken into account! Bug? update KK doesn't change anything at all....

Are you using a NKS template for Serum? You can’t expect automation to be recorded by a host by just moving knobs in Serum - those knobs need to be mapped to KK controls first but there are several pre mapped NKS versions of Serum available including one in the NKS User Library https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/08t07o0x5xruhhsczixcu/Serum-VST3-Factory-NKS-SB.zip?rlkey=dojodnt5hnig270yomphenat0&dl=0

Ok that not where they need to go
you need to put them in ~/documents/native instruments/user content/serum then rescan the Komplete Kontrol database

@Sistol Trax Could you give more details? What is your operating system? What DAW are you using? What model of keyboard? Is it on any instrument/preset?

What are you trying to automate? Instruments should work, but fx don’t automate

Also, KKv2 or KKv3 because in V2 it worked just fine (depending on what you are talking about), no idea in V3 as I'm far from confident to even touch it with a stick.

Work with Ableton and a KK S49 the bug is regular with several VSTs like Serum.. very painful

What are you trying to automate? Instrument? Effects? "the bug" doesn't tell us enough to help

Simple automation on Synths like the Cut of for example. The sounds are not modified and the buttons do not move.. I am on KK v2

Hello Kimeia i install Nks Factory in Serum preset bank but it's empty with serum Vst 3 , i rescan Folder but nothing bank is empty ! An idea? Thanks

They work for me with the VST3, where did you put the NKS patches?

I put the NKS patches in the Serum Preset Bank User

Bon malheureusement je n'arrive toujours pas à assigner les macros de serum dans Komplete Kontrol et je ne trouve pas de tutaux .Vous faites comment?

They should - did you rescan user content? You should be seeing something like this
