Unable to import serial numbers

Hey guys. I just bought from second hand my Maschine Mk3 with Komplete 11. So i started with native access but i couldnt to log in, finally used an old version of Native Access and i was able to log in, so then i wanted to import the serial numbers from the maschine and komplete 11, but i get the same error every time "Activating *Product* failed: you are missing the base product for which this upgrade/crossgrade/update is valid."

The license was transferred correctly but still cant import it to my account.

i dont know what to do, please help!! haha

    Did you type the serial number or did you copy-pasted it?
