new kontakt replaces existing instrument each time
Hello - I installed the latest kontakt today, 7.7 - now if I load an instrument, them a second one, the old instrument is replaced by the new one. Not always though (this seems random). I can't find any way to change this setting. It seems slower too - slower to load, slower to change appearance, slower to quit even. Any help? Thank you.

Please look at the highlighted area of the screenshot I attached. I'm referring to the area in the red box.

you need to click in the bottom area below the existing instrument to add an additional instrument

Well I do that anyway, don't quite understand. If I load, say, cello solo from the NI factory library, and then, say, Noir solos from Sonokinetic, the cello disappears and all I have is the Noir. Each was loaded by clicking the instrument from the bottom area below the Library name, as usual…

Option for this behavior will be added in Kontakt 7.8.

Good - I know most people put Kontact into a DAW, but I use it for playing live, with several keyboards, and the ability to be really flexible in choosing instruments is important.
