Moving files between folders possible?
After tagging tunes in Traktor, I would like to move them to another folder on my drive so that I know which are done and which are not. I have lots of tracks and doing this in File Explorer would take much longer as, of course, File Explorer doesn't show which are tagged or not. Is there a way to move tracks between folders within Traktor? Would be great also if Traktor would keep track of where the file has been moved?

It is not possible to move files within Traktor.
If you move files on to another folder on your drive you can use the consistency check in Traktor and let Traktor know where to find the files you have moved.

@Tijn71 is correct. It's not possible to move files around unfortunately, but you can relate tracks.

"Consistency check" is one the top reasons I use Traktor. I dont have a single playlist. All my "playlists" are OS folders.

The Traktor Collection is simply a collection of paths to files. Once you move the files the paths are broken.
As mentioned above you can perform 'Consistency Check' to relocate the files but this will become cumbersome and time consuming once the collection grows large.
dj_estrella's solution looks great if you don't want to change your current workflow and tag your tracks in Traktor after they have been put in folders.
