Anyone can tell me where to download this so my software will update?
Native Access installs NTKDaemon.
Remove any trace of any old installation of Native Access completely and then install the newest version of Native Access that is available for your Mac OS ! (which I can not tell compatibility of) : https://www.native-instruments.com/en/support/downloads/
That’s the problem . First it tells me there is an error in updating software and then suggesting to to give full disc access to native access and separately to another application named NTKDaemon. I go to the privacy and security and give full access to native instruments, but there is no NTKDaemon icon in the list of applications. I use finder to search entire computer and it’s not there.
I removed the old service center software prior to downloading the native access.
You should not update the Native access if you have a problem then completely uninstall the app and the re-install : https://www.native-instruments.com/en/support/downloads/
If you have an access problem on you MAC then maybe you need to change the MAC security settings to be able to see the app ? (Sorry , I am not a MAC user , try consulting on-line MAC manual)(maybe @Jeremy_NI have some better help ?)
I have a service ticket started , just waiting for a response. I will remove and reinstall and see what happens. The the software tries to install and almost gets there and then fails.
@Viejo My colleagues got back to you last Friday, please get back to them.
Sorry, I didn’t see the email right away. I got everything thing except Guitar Rig 5 factory selections to work .
Well, then get back to them.
hi, i have the exact same problem.. i redownloaded the ntkdaemon via the ressources folder on the native instruments folder in the apllication tab but it seems like it's not here ...
The final outcome that it doesn’t run on Ventura ios
If on MAC then please check : Compatibility of Native Instruments Products on macOS : https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/articles/360014900358-Compatibility-of-Native-Instruments-Products-on-macOS
