I can't use the action keys on my Komplete Kontrol M32 on Garageband

Hello everyone!

I recently bought an M32. I wanted to start using it on Garageband by plugging it into my Intel-based Mac.

The MIDI keyboard works fine, but I can't use the action buttons and touch knobs on the keyboard with the Garageband software.

I have tried everything and have read a lot about it but I can't find the answer anywhere.

@Savage_Carrot It should work with GarageBand, check this article, there is a dedicated section for GarageBand: How to Integrate KOMPLETE KONTROL with Your DAW

The Lower security setting is particularly important.

Also make sure to give Full Disk Access to GarageBand and Komplete Kontrol:How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS

Have you downloaded the Komplete Kontrol software and set everything up correctly?

This product comes with 'Maschine Essentials' and 'Abelton'. Consider testing with one of those.

Maybe those two programs combined are better than GarageBand? I think Maschine works as a Plugin with most DAWs.

I can't help, sorry. I just recommended an option that would be plug and play, and would confirm that your keyboard is working as it should. But this...
