All of my 'Not installed' Komplete 12 products have disappeared from Native Access

As title. I just fired up Native Access and the 'Not Installed' section is totally blank. Installed products are showing up but nothing else. I've refreshed it multiple times. I'm logged in to the right account as I only have one account. Any idea why this is happening?

    I checked the version number and it was 1.4.1 something. A quick search showed that the latest version is 3.1, so I've installed that and it's working fine. I assumed it would auto update or at least inform me of a new version but apparently not.
