Is there issues with fulfilling orders?

My credit card has been charged 2 times, and a 3rd time on hold, yet I still have no access to my software.

Thanks for the answer. I have ticket. I've read other posts and it seems like this happens from time to time. I just did a competative crossgrade from FL Studio to Cubase 12 Pro and was aproved in less then 24 hours and available for download. Invoicing or billing department has issues
