New Computer Install of Komplete. Do I need K11 in order to install K13?

Hello. I have previously bought Komplete 11. I've built a new studio computer running Win 10, and would like to install Komplete 13 on the new computer.

Here's my question: do I need to have Komplete 11 installed on my new computer in order install the upgrade version of Komplete 13? If it is not necessary for me to install the older version of Komplete in order to install the newer version of Komplete, I would prefer to skip it.

    Pretty sure that 11 does not need to be installed but that the Upgrade price and licensing just require the you own the previous version (Have a valid license)!
