What about Native Support? Do they exist?
I have opened a ticket more than one week ago. No answer whatsoever after I mailed them the SupportToolExport. Maschine and Kontrol both out of order now the software freezes in the VST scan. Tried all the stuff online (reset db and stuff), nothing helps.
What is the average response time to your tickets?

They do exist ...
The average response time is around 48h at the moment I believe but there is potentially a bit more delay since we're just coming out of the most busy period. We'll leave a note to them so they can check your request.

@Matt_NI Is there any way I can just call for my issue? I set up a ticket but haven't heard back. I got a second hand maschine plus and I just need to get the license transfer. Seems quick and easy.
