just bought K7 trying to install, everiyhings looks fine except that i have no cess to the new libraies, any clues ?

Hello, after two days of intense search, I find in the NI forum that a small software can fix it : https://community.native-instruments.com/discussion/8513/kontakt-7-factory-library-the-instrument-belongs-to-a-library-that-not-installed-error-message

for me it works on my PC

It's been a problem since launch, for 2 months it wouldn't even download, now I've managed to download but get the same message. Lots of people are having the same issue. NI are aware of it but as of now there is still no fix.
