Questions about kcomplete upgrade version license transfer

In the past, I used Complete complete select through the machine micro-product and upgraded to Komplete12. Currently, the machine is sold secondhand, and this time, we are planning to sell Komplete12 secondhand, but the license form of Komplete12 is confirmed to be an upgraded version. Then should I sell the Komplete12 I have only to those who need an upgrade, not the full version?
