Maschine 2 studio not opening.. just the preference screen?? why is this?? HELP

ive installed everything using native access and its all working apart from Maschine studio!! i just get the preferences screen!

    Probably asks to select audio interface to use. I guess. Select desired audio interface driver and it might work.

    Also test it on another computer, if it's the same on the other computer then it's most probably a hardware failure, in that case you should contact our hardware department: https://bit.ly/NISupport_Hardware

    Any luck with troubleshooting this issue? I am having the same problem, purchased a second hand MK3 with license transfer, everything installed fine but for some reason I am only getting a 'Preferences' menu for Maschine 2 app & can only close it through Task Manager. Just trying to get started and can't find much about this.

    I needed to select the correct audio interface. This worked for me hope it does for you.

    Hello ive tryed everything over and over again I want read on bluetooth but maschine jam show still dont work

    @dekee Not sure what you mean here, Maschine Jam is just a controller, what are you using bluetooth for and how is this related? Please give more details.
