Noire sound samples on S88 are loud until loaded

So I just got the S88 MK2. When I select Noire from the S88, you can scroll thru samples sounds. Those are really loud but when I load the sound I want, the volume is really soft and have to turn up my mixer. Then when I want to listen to another sample, it blows me out of the room and have to turn my mixer down. It only seems to be Noire.

    You can adjust the level of the preview audio using this control so it is not so loud:

    Pretty sure you can also adjust it from the keyboard but you would have to RTFM for that one.
