@Jeremy_NI Any news? Nothing as usual?

Paying customers identified a bug, it's not some obscure hard to reproduce thing, it came up from people using Maschine as it was meant to be used. I assumed this type of performance bug would be a high priority for NI, as Maschine is marketed towards beat makers, where timing and consistency is most important.
IF I had known that such simple bugs existed, and that NI was incapable of fixing them in a reasonable time, I wouldn't have bought Maschine, and I certainly will now tell others to steer clear of it, since NI can't seem to fix stuff in a reasonable time. My patience has run out on this topic.

This endless waiting time reminds me of the iMaschine forum, where several times Native Instruments gave us hope for a new update, only to eventually announce the complete abandonment of the product.
I'm afraid there might be announcements in October/November about a new product line, and the Maschine+ could be relegated to the same fate as the JAM, iMaschine, Kore, 4k... into the graveyard.

so @Jeremy_NI any information for the community?

I really do hope they do not drop the M+ but instead expand on it. It has so much potential!

Another month later. . .

Is ridiculousity a word?

Ridiculousity is certainly the concept at work here.
I understand that some bugs will take a long time to fix, and some will never be fixed. I understand that priorities shift in a company, and products that do not sell to "expectation" can be given less resources for things like bug fixing.
But I don't understand the lack of communication.
NI pays people to be in touch with users. They invite customer input via these forums. So just tell us what is going on. Particularly if you previously said you would tell us what is going on. . .
If NI said "this bug will never be fixed", - fine. Or: "this bug is on a list of 100 bugs and we have prioritized it somewhere around 30 - so after we knock off those other 29 it will be addressed somewhere probably a year from now." - fine.
I totally understand that customer service for software based products in this day and age is a huge financial undertaking, and not a simple thing at all. But NI either believes in it, and prioritizes it accordingly, or they don't.

@S Righteous The devs working for Maschine Plus have other tasks at the moment. Once they're able to, they will look into that issue and I'll probably contact affected users by email. Sorry for not updating the post earlier.

@S Righteous Are you already part of the beta for Maschine Plus? Let me know if you want an invite to Centercode.
