Traktor Pro 3 reduces volume on music in flac instead of wav

Hello. Usually I'm using old version of Traktor 2 2.0.3, but tried to see, what's new in latest Traktor Pro 3. Few years ago, when NI launched headroom feature, I didn't like this one because it reduced volume of my music very much & this was basic cause of staying on old version of Traktor. With trying new Traktor Pro 3 I've seen some interesting thing - flac files playing with little bit lower volume, but gain & main volume are on 0 db. If I play wav files - Traktor don't reduce volume & play it how it is in original. Of couse, I checked replaygain in flac & it's absent in each flac track. Why Traktor Pro 3 reduces volume on music in flac instead of wav?
