lights turning off in komplete audio 1 audio interface

Hi! i have a komplete audio 1 audio interface connected to a usb 3.0 port on my computer, and it seems to be working fine, the problem is that the lights are automaticaly going off every time i turn on the pc... i dont know what to do since the audio itself works as intended and the card is even recognized by the drivers... could someone help me please?

@Frankekko Have you tried another USB slot on your PC? When you say it happens when you turn it on, do you mean when you restart the computer or is it when you get back from sleep mode?
