    Same issue here on 3.9 after upgrading from 3.4, really anoying... i am really glad that i always back up my TraktorRootDirectory...

    But it's a shame that it was not fixed since.

    Thank you. Important to read that Traktor updates are still a no-go. Maybe its time to change this software (manufacturer) and its strange update, customer care and information policy...

    I'm stuck with 3.5.3 also. So sad I cannot test the 3.10 nowadays, it's still not resolved

    Yes. It's sad.

    And no statement from NI about this item and whether they realize the problem and are willing to solve it.

    And everytime the same stupid questions from support: please describe the problem and send screenshot.

    This is a real bad example of no customer care!

    Dear NI

    Further to this bug.

    I accidentally renamed a pathcomponent in my music files this week.

    Traktor gives no error - it just cleared out my whole collection without warning - basically the same issue.

    Lucky I had backup but this is a simple issue to fix?

    I just tested, still not working with 3.11.1.17.

    I have opened a support ticket, i hope this will be fixed before the elastic grid releases...
